Cheesy Paneer Onion Rings are a deep-fried snack prepared from rings of onions where they are stuffed with grated mozzarella cheese and paneer (Indian cottage cheese).

I tried to recreate the classic onion rings by stuffing cheese and paneer mixture along with some spices and then deep-fried until golden brown. These savory crispy finger-food is a perfect side dish with vegetable burgers or sandwiches.
