Spinach Paneer Dosa Pizza|Palak Paneer Dosa Pizza is a healthy breakfast or snack recipe for kids prepared with dosa batter, paneer, spinach, and cheese. Vegetarian and Gluten-free.

Have leftover dosa batter and some cheese at home? Then try this fusion dish for your kid's special breakfast next time, it's super easy. My daughter loves it and asks me to make this often.
You can add toppings of your choice preferably faster-cooking vegetables like bell pepper, onion, tomato, sweet corn. I have used baby spinach and shredded paneer along with some veggies for a protein-rich breakfast.
I have used store-bought pasta sauce, you can also use tomato ketchup or red chutney if you don't have pasta sauce handy.
How to make Spinach Paneer Dosa Pizza
- Grease dosa pan/tawa with few drops of oil.
- Heat it until hot enough. Pour a ladle full of dosa batter on the tawa center and spread in circular shape.
- Cook on low flame otherwise dosa will cook faster and burn easily.
- Spread pizza sauce or red chutney on the dosa.
- Next spread tomato ketchup evenly.
- Sprinkle some finely chopped onions, capsicum, finely chopped spinach on the dosa.
- Add grated paneer and shredded mozzarella cheese on the top.
- Drizzle oil on the top and cover the lid.
- Cook on the lowest flame until cheese melts and dosa base turns brown & crispy.
- Sprinkle red chili flakes & pizza seasonings on the top.

Ingredients
- dosa batter as needed
- 1 tablespoon pizza sauce (or red chutney)
- 1 teaspoon tomato ketchup
- 1 teaspoon onion finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon capsicum (green bell pepper) finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon spinach (palak)
- 2 tablespoon paneer (Indian cottage cheese) shredded
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
- 1 teaspoon pizza seasoning (any mixed dried herbs)
- oil for cooking
