Ingredients

Rooh Afza with Milk

Rooh Afza with Water

  • 2 cups water chilled
  • 2 tablespoons rooh afza syrup
  • ½-1 tablespoon sugar optional
  • 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice optional
  • ½ tablespoon sabja seeds (soaked in ½ cup water), optional
  • few ice cubes

Instructions

Rooh Afza with Milk

  • In a large mixing bowl, add chilled milk, rooh afza syrup, and sugar. Mix thoroughly using a spoon or whisker until well combined.

  • Serve chilled. I also like to add sabja seeds to increase their taste and health quotient.

Rooh Afza with Water
