  • In a large mixing bowl take crushed pineapple, chopped pineapples with juice, condensed milk, cool whip (whipping cream) and fold everything until well combined.
    You can also reduce the quantity of cool whip according to your preference. I usually use ¾ of 8oz cool whip container.

  • Chill the dessert in refrigerator for at least 2 hours prior to serving.

Tips & Variations:

  1. You can also add chopped pecans, almonds or walnuts.
  2. You can make the same dessert by replacing pineapple with orange.
  3. I do not recommend making this dessert using fresh pineapple.
