Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • ½ cup cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil optional
  • ¼ cup greek yogurt (or sour cream)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ jalapeno
  • 1 lime juiced
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender.
