Healthy Thai Peanut Sauce recipe is made with creamy peanut butter, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, lime juice, and easy to whip under 10 minutes.
Add the smooth peanut butter, minced ginger, and garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sriracha, maple syrup, lime juice, sesame oil, and salt in a jar.
Stir well with a whisker until well blended and keep aside. You may also use a blender or mini food processor to prepare the sauce. Add water as required until you get the desired consistency.
Refrigerate the sauce until you're ready to use, or use it right away as a dip with raw vegetables.

Tips & Variations
You can make this sauce extra spicy by using more chili hot sauce or sriracha.
Add water as required to thin the sauce and use it as a peanut sauce dressing for salad.
