Tips & Notes
Time to cook: The time to cook aloo gobi in the air fryer will depend on how you cut the potato & cauliflower. Chop the potatoes a bit smaller than cauliflower as cauliflower cooks faster than potatoes.
Don't overcrowd: Make sure to spread the aloo gobi mixture in a single layer in the air fryer basket to cook evenly. Cook in batches if needed.
Rinsing & drying: When you rinse and dry the veggies, you can leave some moisture in it, as it helps them to cook.
Shake the basket halfway: It's important to shake the basket halfway through to allow the vegetables to be cooked evenly.
Spices: Adjust the spices according to your taste. You can also add crushed kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves) to the stir fry once cooked, for a restaurant-style flavor.
Air frying time: The cooking time will vary based on the air fryer being used, so keep an eye on the cauliflower after the 12-minute mark.
