  • 1 cup mango chopped, (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup peach peeled, seeded and sliced (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ cup almond milk (or dairy milk)
  • ½ cup greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey), optional
  • 2 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add the peaches, mangoes, milk, yogurt, maple syrup, and ice cubes to a high-speed blender and blend until completely creamy and smooth. If needed, add more milk if it's too thick for your liking.
    Note: If you use frozen fruits, there is no need to add the ice.
