i used MDH hyderabad biryani powder note:reduce biryani powder if you want less spicy.

Instructions
First cook the
basmati rice in Instant pot
or stovetop pot and keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add onion slices, cook until golden brown in colour, approximately takes 8-10 minutes.
Move the sauteed onions to one side, and then in the same pan, add oil, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder and saute for 1 minute.
Then add green chilies, chopped mint, yogurt, coriander powder, biryani masala powder, and stir well for another 2-3 minutes.
Add fried paneer, squeeze lime juice, salt and add cooked basmati rice, toss it.
Now pour saffron milk uniformly over the rice (soak pinch of saffron stands in 2 tablespoon of warm milk)
Cover the lid and let it steam for 2 minutes, then switch off the flame.
Garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot paneer biryani with raita.
