Cut the seasonal fruit in to thin slices and keep aside.
Take 2 bread slices and apply fruit jam on breads.
Firstly place the banana slices in a single layer followed by strawberries and apple
Top it with other bread slice, cut into 2 pieces and serve immediately.

Tips & Variations:
Use brown or multigrain bread for healthier choices.
You can replace fruit jam with cream cheese or mayonnaise.
You can also grill or toast sandwiches. I love even the grilled version.
You can use any seasonal fruits like mango, papaya, kiwi, chickoo for this recipe. Try to avoid watery fruits like watermelon, oranges which can make the bread soggy.
