Firstly, press SAUTE on Instant Pot. Heat butter or oil. Add ginger-garlic paste, onion, and sauté till onions are soft.
Next, add tomatoes, mix vegetables and saute the vegetables for a minute or two.
Then add water, Maggi seasoning, noodles, red chili powder, garam masala powder, and mix well. Make sure to deglaze the pot.
Close the Instant Pot with pressure valve to Sealing. Cook on High Pressure for 2 minutes.
Once the pot beeps, do a QUICK RELEASE.
Remove lid away from you, Finally sprinkle chaat masala and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve vegetable masala maggi hot!
Serve Vegetable Maggi Noodles hot!
