Strawberry Lassi Recipe

This fresh Strawberry Lassi recipe is made with just 4 ingredients: strawberry, yogurt, milk, and sugar. Creamy, delicious, and perfect for hot summers.

Ingredients

Measuring cup used 1 cup = 250 ml

  • 1 cup strawberry chopped, (8 large strawberries)
  • ¾ cup plain yogurt
  • ¼ cup dairy milk or almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (or honey, agave, stevia etc)

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients together in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Finally, garnish strawberry lassi with chopped strawberries and nuts if desired. Serve immediately for the best taste.

Notes

Tips & Variations

  • If you are planning ahead, put the strawberries in the refrigerator so it’s nice and cold before serving lassi.
  • You can also use frozen strawberries.
  • You can also use greek yogurt, just make sure to dilute it with either extra milk or water. 
  • If you are vegan then use plant based yogurt and milk for this recipe.
