Firstly wash and clean the potatoes with water. Add 1 cup of water into the instant pot insert. Place the trivet and then arrange the baby potatoes in the steamer basket.
Close the Instant Pot with pressure valve to Sealing. Cook on High Pressure for 5 minutes.
Once the instant pot beeps, Wait for the pressure to release naturally and then open the lid. Check the doneness of baby potatoes by inserting a knife or fork in the center.
Size - Make sure all the baby potatoes are of the same size for even and faster cooking. If a few are slightly big then cut them into half or quarters.
Potato Skin – You can keep the skins on. Just make sure to clean them before using them.
