Honey Lime Fruit Salad Recipe

This easy fruit salad recipe is full of fresh flavors and a perfect summer side dish or healthy dessert made with only fruits and honey-lime dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple peeled and diced
  • 1 medium apple peeled and diced
  • 1 cup strawberries quartered
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 1 kiwi fruit peeled and diced
  • ½ cup pomegranate
  • 2 mandarin orange diced into half

Honey Lime Dressing

  • juice of 1 fresh lime
  • zest of 1 medium lime
  • 2 tablespoon honey (maple syrup or agave)

Instructions

  • In a small mixing jar, whisk together fresh lime juice, lime zest, and honey (or agave/maple syrup).

  • Add all the fruits to a large mixing bowl. Pour the dressing over the fruits and toss to coat evenly.

  • Cut the fruits evenly into bite-sized pieces.
  • Use fresh lime juice to get the best flavors for the salad dressing.
  • Feel free to add seasonal fruits of your choice to make it more healthy. But make sure to add soft fruits like banana just before serving.
