Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spread the raw peanuts evenly on a rimmed baking sheet.Bake at 350˚F for 15-20 minutes, or until they turn a golden color and smell roasted. Stir them at least twice during the roasting time. Remove them from the oven and let them cool completely.
