Roasting raw peanuts in the air fryer is my new favorite way of cooking them at home as it yields perfectly roasted peanuts every time, it's so easy and ready in under 10 minutes.
Try these perfectly roasted peanuts that's can be enjoyed as it is or seasoned with salt, or used in salads or make peanut butter. They are super fresh, crunchy, and cheaper than store-bought roasted peanuts.

How to Roast Peanuts in an Air Fryer
Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C). Add the raw peanuts to the air fryer basket and spread them out evenly in the basket.
Air fry them at 320°F (160°C) for 6-8 minutes or until they turn a golden color. Shake the basket at least twice during the roasting time.
Take them out on a plate and let them cool down at room temperature before storing them in an airtight container. Air Fryer Roasted Peanuts are ready. Enjoy!
How to Roast Raw Peanuts in Oven
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spread the raw peanuts evenly on a rimmed baking sheet.
Bake at 350ËšF for 15-20 minutes, or until they turn a golden color and smell roasted. Stir them at least twice during the roasting time. Remove them from the oven and let them cool completely.

You could eat these air-fried roasted peanuts in many different ways.

- Cook in batches. Make sure to spread the raw peanuts in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding, Cook in batches if needed.
- Shake the basket halfway: It's important to shake the basket halfway through to allow the peanuts to be cooked evenly.
- The exact cooking time will vary based on the air fryer being used.
- Salted Peanuts: Mix together a little olive oil with salt. Then, add raw peanuts and stir to coat. Transfer to the air fryer basket and follow the same steps.
Storage Suggestions
Store roasted peanuts in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. To keep them fresh for much longer, store them in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
Gently remove the peanuts' skin by rubbing them between your palms a couple of times till the skin falls off.
