Roasting raw peanuts in the air fryer is my new favorite way of cooking them at home as it yields perfectly crispy, evenly roasted peanuts every time, it's so easy and ready in under 10 minutes.
Try these perfectly roasted peanuts that can be enjoyed as they are, seasoned with salt, added to salads, or made into peanut butter. They are super fresh, crunchy, and more affordable than store-bought roasted peanuts.
We love snacking roasted peanuts at home as they are high in protein. Other great options include air-fried chickpeas and roasted makhana.

Easy and worked well. I had to keep it in the fryer for a couple of minutes extra to get it completely fried. Tasted great.
