  • 1.5 cups strawberries (about 8 oz), fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup peach fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey, agave), optional

Instructions

  • Add the peaches, strawberries, milk, yogurt, maple syrup, and ice cubes to a high-speed blender like Vitamix Blender and blend until smooth and creamy. If it's too thick for your liking add more milk.

  • Pour into serving glasses and garnish with strawberry and peach skewers, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
    Note: If you use frozen fruits, there is no need to add ice cubes.
