Creamy Avocado Cilantro Dip
This Healthy Creamy Avocado Cilantro Dip is made of avocados, Greek yogurt, cilantro, jalapeños, lime juice, and spices and easy to whip under 10 minutes.

1 large ripe avocado ½ cup cilantro 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil optional ¼ cup greek yogurt (or sour cream) 2 cloves garlic ½ jalapeno 1 lime juiced salt and black pepper to taste
Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender.
Process or blend until smooth by scraping the sides few times. Adjust the seasoning at this stage.
Serve this avocado cilantro dip with veggies such as cucumber, celery, bell pepper or chips.
Yield: approximately 1 ¼ cup
Cover and refrigerate leftover dip for up to 3-5 days
