  • ½ cup roasted chana
  • ¼ cup roasted peanuts
  • ¼ cup onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup tomato finely chopped
  • ¼ cup cucumber diced
  • 1 green chili finely chopped, optional
  • ¼ teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  • ½-1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons pomegrante

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, add roasted chana, roasted peanuts, onion, tomatoes, cucumber, green chili, spices such as roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, salt, salt (or black salt), lime juice, coriander leaves, and pomegranate seeds.
