Mohabbat Ka Sharbat is a popular and refreshing summer drink from Old Delhi made with a blend of milk, rooh afza (rose syrup), watermelon, and ice cubes.
Chop the watermelon into small, bite-sized cubes to yield approximately 1 cup of diced watermelon.
In a large mixing bowl, add chilled milk, rooh afza syrup, and sugar (optional). Mix thoroughly using a spoon or whisker until well combined.
Add watermelon cubes, ice cubes, and mix well again.
Pour the sharbat into servings glasses. Serve chilled.
