Strawberry Salsa Recipe
This Strawberry Salsa recipe is full of fresh flavor and a perfect appetizer or side made with fresh diced strawberries, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, and lime juice.

2 cups fresh strawberries hulled and diced ½ small red onion finely chopped 1 tablespoon jalapeno minced ¼ cup cilantro finely chopped 1 lime juiced salt and pepper to taste
In a medium-sized bowl combine the diced strawberries, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and black pepper to taste.
Serve with tortilla chips or salads. For best flavor, let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Variations & Tips
You can also add ½ cup of red bell pepper and tomato to this salsa.
Strawberry salsa can be made ahead overnight or served right away.
