Hi Bhavana,
Quick questions. I have a Mealthy Multipot electric pressure cooker (6 quart) which works just like the Instant Pot. The manual says that you should use at least 1 cup liquid (water, broth, etc.) while pressure cooking. Is it OK and safe to use less water, since you recommend 2 table spoons for this recipe? If I want to double or triple the recipe I am assuming I should double or triple the water too? What about the cooking time? Thanks much in advance.

Hi Neeta ,Thanks for visiting my website.Yes its ok to use less than a cup. Some instant pots show burn message when there is less water. But moisture in the cabbage itself along with 2 tbsp water was enough. When you can double or triple the recipe ,please increase the water accordingly but cooking time will remain the same.Hope this helps.Do let me know how it turns out.
Tip: if you get burn message with 2 tbsp water ..next time please increase accordingly
