This Air fryer roasted mushrooms is juicy, delicious, tossed in a combination of garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, and roasted until perfectly tender yet caramelized. Vegan, Keto, and low-carb friendly.

My daughter and I love mushrooms in any form, whether it's mushroom curry, creamy mushrooms soup, mushroom biryani, or air-fried mushrooms. Today, I am sharing an easy to way to cook juicy musrooms in the air fryer.
They take less than 20 minutes to make and turn out perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy inside. You can enjoy them as a snack, appetizer, or toss them into dishes like white sauce pasta, salads, pizza for an extra flavor and texture.

Ingredients
- Mushrooms: I used organic bella mushrooms (aka cremini) for the best flavor. You can also use white or Shiitake Mushrooms.
- Extra-virgin olive oil: helps to crisp up the mushrooms in the air fryer.
- Low Sodium Soy Sauce: Or tamari (for gluten-free). Because it adds extra zing to the dish, or replace it with Worcestershire sauce.
- Spices: I used garlic powder, salt, and pepper for seasoning, you may use your favorite go-to spices.
How to Make Air Fryer Mushrooms
Start by cleaning 8 oz of bella mushrooms. Wipe them with a damp kitchen (or paper) towel to clean the dirt. Avoid soaking or running underwater. Cut the mushrooms in half.
Toss mushrooms with 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 teaspoon soy sauce, season with ½ teaspoon garlic powder (or minced garlic), salt, and pepper.
Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C). Add the seasoned mushrooms to the air fryer basket and spread them in a single layer (cook in batches if required).
Air fryer them at 380°F (193°C) for 8-10 minutes or until they are brown, tender, and juicy. Shake the basket halfway through.
The air-fried mushrooms are ready. Remove to a serving plate, squeeze some lemon juice, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve warm.
How to Make Roasted Mushrooms in the Oven
Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the seasoned mushrooms evenly in a single layer. Bake at 400˚F for 10-15 minutes till brown, tender, and juicy, tossing occasionally.
