Honey Lime Fruit Salad

This easy fruit salad recipe is full of fresh flavors and a perfect summer side dish or healthy dessert made with only fruits and honey-lime dressing.

Honey Lime Fruit Salad Ingredients

You can choose any fruits that are lying in your refrigerator.

  • Pineapple
  • Apple
  • Strawberries
  • Raspberries
  • Kiwi fruit
  • Pomegranate
  • Orange

You may also use fruits like

  • Banana
  • Grapes (green or red)
  • Mango
  • Blueberries

And for the fruit salad dressing, you will just need organic honey, lime juice & lime zest. If you are vegan replace honey with agave or maple syrup.

How to Make Fruit Salad with Honey Lime Dressing

In a small mixing jar, whisk together fresh lime juice, lime zest, and honey (or agave/maple syrup).

Add all the fruits to a large mixing bowl. Pour the dressing over the fruits and toss to coat evenly.

Serve the fresh fruit salad with honey-lime dressing immediately and Enjoy!

Tips & Variations for Fruit Salad

  • Cut the fruits evenly into bite-sized pieces.
  • For the best results use only fresh fruits and avoid frozen once.
  • Use fresh lime juice to get the best flavors for the salad dressing.
  • Feel free to add seasonal fruits of your choice to make it more healthy. But make sure to add soft fruits like banana just before serving.
  • If you are making this salad ahead, add the dressing before serving.
  • You can refrigerate the fruit salad in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.

  • 1 cup pineapple peeled and diced
  • 1 medium apple peeled and diced
  • 1 cup strawberries quartered
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 1 kiwi fruit peeled and diced
  • ½ cup pomegranate
  • 2 mandarin orange diced into half

Honey Lime Dressing

  • juice of 1 fresh lime
  • zest of 1 medium lime
  • 2 tablespoon honey (maple syrup or agave)
