Rich, healthy, and delicious Strawberry Blueberry Smoothie recipe is made with fresh or frozen berries, almond milk, and yogurt. It can be served for breakfast or snacks and is naturally gluten-free. It can be easily adapted to vegan/paleo/keto.
This Strawberry Blueberry smoothie recipe is so easy to make, all you have to do is blend your ingredients in a high-speed blender that’s it! Plus, Kids love it, and they can even help to make it.
You can also make this smoothie ahead of time and store it in an airtight glass container for 1 to 2 days.
To make a Strawberry Blueberry Smoothie bowl, Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl. Top it with strawberries, blueberries, and nuts.
Strawberry Blueberry Smoothie Ingredients
You just need very few ingredients to make this healthy berry breakfast smoothie.
- Strawberry and Blueberry: I have used fresh berries in this recipe. You can also use frozen ones (no need to thaw if frozen).
- Greek Yogurt: is added for extra protein to the smoothie, making it more creamy and filling. You can use a dairy-free coconut milk yogurt. If you want to make strawberry and blueberry smoothies without yogurt, then replace yogurt with milk.
- Milk: I've used unsweetened almond milk in this smoothie, but you can use dairy, soy, oat, or any other type of milk.
- Sweetener: Add a sweetener of your choice, like refined sugar, maple syrup, honey, agave, or dates. Stevia, the erythritol for the keto version.
- Chia Seeds. High in protein, fibers, and healthy fats.
How to Make Strawberry Blueberry Smoothie
Soak ½ tablespoon of Chia Seeds in ½ cup of water for 1-2 hours or in Hot water for just 30 mins so that they bubble up.
Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve immediately with some ice cubes.
Variations
- To make it vegan, use non-dairy yogurt and plant-based milk.
- You can also add bananas to this smoothie.
- Add 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder to make a chocolate berry smoothie recipe.
- If you are drinking this smoothie post-workout, add 1 scoop of protein powder and blend.
- To make it healthier, add a handful of fresh spinach or kale while blending.

- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup greek yogurt
- ¼ cup almond milk (or regular milk)
- ½ tablespoon chia seeds soaked in water for 2 hours
- 1 tablespoon sugar or erythritol (for keto version) or any sweetener
