Ingredients

- Carrot: Use tender, juicy organic carrots. You may also use Dehi or red carrots.
- Ginger: Optional, but tastes well. Ginger is added to balance out the flavors.

- Water: It is added to dilute the juice. You can also substitute it with coconut water.
How to Make ABC Juice
Using a Blender
Start with peeling apple, beetroot, and carrot. Once done, roughly chop them.
Take a highspeed blender, and add roughly chopped apple, beets, carrot, ginger, and water. Blend until smooth.
Then strain the juice through a fine-mesh strainer.
Note: If you like the pulp in your juice, skip this step.
Squeeze some lime/lemon juice and mix well.
Pour the juice into the serving glass and enjoy immediately.
Using a Juicer
Put the apple, beetroot, carrot, ginger pieces into your juicer chute one at a time.
Collect the juice and squeeze some lime juice. Mix well. Dilute it with some water if desired, and enjoy!
How To Serve?
Serve ABC juice as is or with a few ice cubes. You can pair it with sandwich or toast on the side.
Storage Suggestions
ABC juice will keep well for 24 to 48 hours if stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
