A fruit sandwich is made with bread slices, fruit jam, and fresh fruits. Some people even add whipped cream but I prefer without cream. - Fruit jam: You can use either homemade or store-bought mixed fruit jam. I also enjoy using my homemade strawberry chia jam or pineapple jam.
- Fruits: I have used bananas, strawberries, and apples. You can also use fruits like kiwi, mango and papaya.
How to Make Fruit Sandwich
Cut the seasonal fruits into thin slices and keep them aside.
Take two bread slices and apply fruit jam to both bread slices.
First, arrange the banana slices in a single layer on one slice of bread, then add the strawberries and apples on top.
Top with another slice of bread, cut the sandwich into two pieces, and serve immediately.
