I used store-bought plain khakra to make this recipe. There are many varieties of Khakra available in the market. You can use any variety to prepare this recipe.

How to Make Khakhra Chaat Recipe
Place the khakra on a serving plate. Spread green chutney and sweet tamarind chutney evenly over the khakra. Sprinkle chopped onions, tomatoes, boiled potatoes, and coriander leaves evenly on top.
Sprinkle some chaat masala powder, red chili powder, roasted cumin powder, and salt on top, and lastly, sprinkle sev.
Serve khakhra chaat immediately.
Serving Suggestions
Serve khakra chaat with a hot cup of masala chai, or adrak wali chai. You can also serve it with mango lassi or nimbu pani.

- You can add other vegetables like shredded carrot, cucumber, bell pepper, and sweet corn to make this khakra snack recipe healthier.

- If you dont have tamarind chutney, you can try adding tomato ketchup instead.

Ingredients
- 1 whole wheat khakra
- 1 tablespoon green chutney (coriander and mint)
- 1 tablespoons tamarind sweet chutney
- 2 tablespoons onion finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons tomato finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon boiled potato diced
- 1 tablespoon coriander leaves
- ¼ teaspoon chaat masala
- 1 big pinch red chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon cumin (jeera) powder
- salt to taste
- sev for garnish
Instructions
- Place the khakra on a serving plate.
- Take green chutney and tamarind chutney and spread evenly on the khakra.
