Khakra Chaat Recipe is a quick, crispy, tasty and healthy chat recipe that can be made with whole wheat khakhra topped with some vegetables on it.It can be made in less than 10 minutes.Make this as a evening snack or a party appetizer.
I have used store brought Plain Khakra to make this recipe.There are many varieties of Khakra available in the market.You can use any variety to prepare this recipe.

HOW TO MAKE KHAKRA CHAAT RECIPE
Place the khakra on a serving plate.
Take green chutney and tamarind chutney and spread evenly on the khakra.
Sprinkle some chopped onion, tomatoes, boiled potato ,coriander leaves evenly one by one.
Sprinkle some chaat masala ,red chilli powder , jeera powder and salt on top and finally sprinkle Sev.
Serve Khakhra chaat immediately with hot cup of masala chai.
TIPS & VARIATIONS TO MAKE KHAKRA CHAAT RECIPE
- You can add other vegetables like shredded carrot ,cucumber ,bell pepper ,corn to make this khakra snack recipe more healthy.
- Serve this healthy khakra chaat immediately else it will turn soggy.
- If you dont have tamarind chutney you can try adding tomato ketchup instead.
- You can also add masala peanuts on it to make it crunchy.
- You can also cut khakra into small pieces and make the chaat.

Ingredients
Measuring cup used 1 cup = 250 ml
- 1 whole wheat khakra
- 1 tablespoon green chutney (coriander and mint)
- 1 tablespoon tamarind sweet chutney
- 2 tablespoon onion ,finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon tomato, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon boiled potato ,diced
- 1 tablespoon cilantro (coriander leaves)
- ¼ teaspoon chaat masala
- a big pinch red chilli powder
- ¼ teaspoon cumin (jeera) powder
- salt to taste
- sev for garnish
Instructions
