This homemade Sriracha Mayo dip recipe comes together quickly and easily with only 4 main ingredients. It's a spicy, sweet, and creamy sauce best served with veggies, fries, burgers, or anything grilled.

Sriracha mayonnaise is just a combination of the two popular condiments, sriracha and mayo. A few additional ingredients are added to this recipe to blend and elevate the flavors and can be easily made in under 5 minutes!
It can be used as a spread for sandwiches, burger and as a dip or sauce for raw veggies, fries, grilled veggies.
This ratio of mayo-to-sriracha used in this recipe creates a sauce that is medium spice level. Feel free to increase or decrease sriracha depending on your desired spice level!
Ingredients for Spicy Mayo
You will need only a few simple ingredients to make this sriracha mayo sauce recipe.
- Sriracha Chili Sauce: This spicy sauce helps to add heat and flavor. Huy Fong Sriracha is my personal recommendation. You can easily find sriracha sauce in a grocery store in the condiment aisle, or Asian food aisle. If you don’t have any sriracha on hand, Frank’s Red Hot, Tabasco sauce, or Sambal Oelek would be the best substitute for this recipe. The spice level and consistency of your hot sauce may vary, so feel free to add based on your preference.
- Mayo: A full fat, good quality regular mayo such as Best Foods or Hellman’s, works best for this recipe. However, avocado oil, vegan or light mayonnaise will all work fine.
- Lemon Juice: Freshly squeezed lemon/lime juice helps to balance out the flavors.
- Garlic: One fresh garlic clove minced or crushed. You can also use ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder.
- Sweetener: Liquid sweetener is optional. However, If you like spicy sweet flavors, you can add maple syrup, honey, or agave.
How to Make Sriracha Mayo
Add mayo, sriracha, garlic, lemon juice, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl. Whisk it all together until smooth and well combined.
You can let this spicy mayo sauce sit in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving so that flavors meld, or use it right away.
