Gluten Free Recipes
A gluten-free diet involves strictly excluding foods that contain the protein gluten - including wheat, rye, oats, and barley. Especially for people with coeliac diseases, it is highly recommended that you avoid Gluten in your diet.
Most restaurants around my place, proudly offer Gluten-free options on their menu. Walking past gluten-free products in the aisles of retail store giants like Costco, Target, Walmart is a very common sight for me. I have met friends, who are allergic to Gluten & heard their stories. They prefer naturally available gluten-free food like fruits, vegetables, eggs, meat, etc, over various processed gluten-free products.
Almond Flour, Rice flour, Sorghum (jowar) flour, millet (ragi), corn meal are some of the gluten-free flours I usually use at my house, though we have no personal health issues with Gluten.
Most of the recipes on this blog totally avoid using wheat, rye, oats, and barley in them. So you can easily try a variety of these recipes & please your taste buds, happy eating :)
