You can prepare green chutney at home one day prior, refrigerate and use it the next day to make this sandwich. They are very easy to assemble and can be made in under 15 minutes.

Avocado Chutney Sandwich Recipe Ingredients
Making an avocado cucumber chutney sandwich recipe requires very few ingredients.
- Brown or White Bread Slices: I prefer whole wheat or multigrain bread for a healthier option.
- Coriander Mint Chutney: Store-bought or homemade green chutney.
- Avocado: I used ripened Hass Avocado.
- Cucumber: I have used Persian cucumbers. You may use variety.
- Cream Cheese: skip if vegan. You may also use mayonnaise or hung yogurt for the spread.
- Seasoning: chat masala, salt, black pepper.
How to Make Avocado Green Chutney Sandwich
Take a sandwich bread and apply green coriander mint chutney generously on one slice of the bread and cream cheese on the other slice.
Place the cucumber slices in a single layer, followed by avocado slices.
Cover and press with another bread slice over it. Cut them in half and enjoy them immediately.
Grilled Avocado Chutney Sandwich
Heat Tawa or sandwich maker and spread some butter. Now place the prepared sandwich and spread butter on top.
Grill or toast bread on both sides till golden brown and crisp. The grilled Avocado Sandwich recipe is ready to serve.
