So what exactly is a dairy-free diet? Basically any diet that totally excludes all dairy products including milk, butter, cheese, yogurt etc. - forms a dairy-free diet. If you follow a dairy-free diet, it's important for you to make sure your diet is still healthy without milk and other dairy products. Some of my friends choose among other alternatives like soy milk, almond milk, and coconut milk etc. I would say its all based on personal preference 😊
