Breakfast
Remember how your Elders at home always emphasized that Breakfast is "the Most Important Meal of the day". Breakfast provides both your body and brain with essential fuel after an overnight fast & it kickstarts your metabolism. Many researches have highlighted that eating breakfast often leads to great health, enhances your memory and concentration, lower levels of bad LDL cholesterol as well as lowers your chances of getting heart diseases, diabetes and being overweight.
Different people have different choices for their breakfast. Some people prefer Parathas like Palak Paneer Paratha, Sweet Potato Paratha, while some love Dosas Palak Moong Dal Dosa, Almond Flour Keto Dosa, while some love Paddu or Vegetable Paniyaram or Restaurant Style Upma . Oh I absolutely love Avarekalu Upma but hate the fact Avarekalu [Indian Lilva Beans in English] is seasonal & not available throughout the year.
Lol as a Wife, I have figured my Husband has biggest Soft-corner in his heart for Mandakki Usli, Poha or Avalakki in any form & they have never failed to cheer up his mood 😊 I can say he is Emotionally connected to them 😊 Do try these recipes & share your stories using #indianveggiedelight 😊
